Service Agreement

Welcome to Nexusspoint. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("The Client") and Nexusspoint ("The Company").

The academic papers, content, and materials provided by Nexusspoint are intended to be used for research and reference purposes only. While we transfer the copyright of the written material to you upon full payment, you agree to use these materials as a model answer or a source for your own independent research.

We are committed to your satisfaction. You are entitled to unlimited free revisions within 14 days of the order delivery date, provided that the original instructions have not changed. New instructions or major changes to the scope of work may incur an additional fee.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the delivered work does not meet the specifications provided in the initial order form, or if there is proven plagiarism detected by a verifiable source (e.g., Turnitin), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

We adhere to a strict privacy policy. Your personal information and the details of your order will never be shared with third parties. All communication and file transfers are encrypted and secure.

Nexusspoint reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If an order is cancelled by the Company, a full refund will be issued immediately.
